Billingsley Family of Dealerships respects your privacy. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete the Personal Information we hold about you; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising; and to limit our use of sensitive Personal Information.

How to submit a request

• Email: Corporate@billingsleyford.com. Please put your request type in the subject line (for example, “Do Not Sell or Share,” “Access Request,” or “Deletion Request”).

Please include your name, email, phone, mailing address, state of residence, and which right you want to exercise. If you are an authorized agent, tell us who you are acting for; we may ask for proof of your authority and may ask the consumer to verify their identity directly.

What happens next

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching the information you provide with our records. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by up to 45 more days if needed. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing Corporate@billingsleyford.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
